My reading didn’t arrive.
Readings need a network connection; the journal itself doesn’t. Your dream is already saved — open it anytime and ask again from there.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. In the app: Settings → Manage subscription — or open your App Store subscription settings directly. “Restore purchases” is in the app’s settings too.
How do I get my journal out?
Settings → “Export my journal” gives you everything as JSON, free, on any tier. Import brings it back — or onto a new phone.
How do I delete everything?
Settings → “Delete all my data” erases the journal, preferences, and reminders from your device. There’s nothing to delete on our servers, because your journal was never there — see the privacy policy.
Where do I report something that feels wrong?
If a reading ever feels off in tone, we genuinely want to know — that’s the part we hold to the highest bar. Email us with the date of the dream (never feel you have to share the dream itself).
